Thank you for your patience and understanding this morning as we navigated the water main break at Franklin Middle School. We know unexpected situations can be challenging, and we appreciate the flexibility and cooperation of our students and families as we worked through the situation.
We are happy to share that CWLP has turned the water back on, and school will be in session tomorrow, September 11.
Arrival and Dismissal Traffic Update
For arrival and dismissal, the westbound lane of Outer Park Drive will be closed.
Families should allow extra time for drop-off and pick-up and follow the updated traffic pattern:
Please use MacArthur Boulevard to access the Town & Country parking lot for student drop-off and pick-up.
FMS staff will be on site to help direct traffic, supervise students and assist families.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to make arrival and dismissal as safe and efficient as possible.
As an added precaution, water bottles donated by Hy-Vee will be available for students throughout the day tomorrow.
