No slippers, blankets, robes, etc. Remember, attendance matters, and we need you at school each and every day! The volleyball game scheduled for Monday 1/26 in Lincolnwood has been canceled.
FMS will play Quincy in the 8th Grade Boys Basketball Regional at Chatham at 9 AM on Saturday. This is a schedule change due to the weather. Attached is the updated schedule for Saturday's regional.

Falcon Families, this is a reminder that Friday, December 19, is a 1:30 PM dismissal for both students and staff. We will celebrate the end of first semester with a movie at the end of the day. Students will have the opportunity to purchase snacks for $2 each. Happy Holidays!
FMS is seeking CHESS PLAYERS to participate in the State Tournament for Chess! The tournament is held on Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28 in Peoria. The cost is $15 to participate. Please see Mrs. Sevener if you are interested. The deadline to register is January 27.
Wrestling Tryouts are canceled for this evening. Tryouts for Wrestling will be Tuesday, 12/2, from 5-7 pm at Lanphier.
The 7th and 8th Grade Boys Basketball game in Jacksonville has been cancelled due to the weather.
Due to the projected snow this afternoon and evening, Chatham has rescheduled the 8th grade girls Regional games to tomorrow, 12/2. FMS will play Jefferson tomorrow at 4 PM in Chatham.

United Way donation opportunities continue this week with Raffle Tickets and Tattoo a Teacher for sale at lunch time! Our dress up days have ended. Students are expected to follow the District 186 Dress Code.
The 9 AM Girls Basketball Game FMS vs. JMS tomorrow is cancelled. Doors will open at 9:30 for the LMS vs GMS game at 10 AM. FMS vs WMS is at 11 AM.
Students may wear a Halloween Costume tomorrow with a $5 donation to United Way! No masks, full face paint, fake blood, or fake weapons. Costumes that distract from the learning environment are not allowed. Examples are inflatable costumes, large/oversized costumes. If your costume is not appropriate, you will be required to change.
